Both the Systane® Hydration Preservative-Free multi-dose bottle and single-use vials contain the same preservative-free formula. The only difference is that the single-use vials are more convenient for keeping in multiple locations, but must be discarded after each use.
Systane® HYDRATION Preservative-Free lubricant eye drops is a preservative-free formulation, suitable for frequent users and available in 10ml multi-dose bottle with the PureFlow® technology and 30 count single-use vials. Systane® HYDRATION is a preserved formulation suitable for occasional users, which contains a very small quantity of the preservative (POLYQUAD™ 0.001%).

Systane® HYDRATION Preservative-Free comes in 10ml multi-dose bottle and 30 count single-use vials. The 10ml multi-dose bottle can be used for 3 months after opening as long as the product has not expired. The single-use vial must be discarded after each use. Always check the label for the expiration date.
Ingredients & Safety
A sterile solution containing sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethyl propanol, boric acid, sodium borate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and purified water. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
For ocular use only.
If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, and you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product, do not use.
To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the container to any surface.
Replace cap after using for multi-dose bottle.
Discard after each use for single-use vial.
Stop using and consult your eye care professional if you experience:
- Persistent eye discomfort
- Vision changes
- Excessive tearing
- Redness of the eye
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help.
