Drug Facts
Two tablets twice per day with a meal or as directed by your physician.
Ingredients:
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid & sodium ascorbate)
Vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol acetate)
Zinc (as zinc oxide)
Copper (as copper citrate)
Lutein
Zeaxanthin
Other ingredients: Dextrose, d-Mannitol, Bilberry Fruit Extract, Flavor Enhancer, Stearic Acid (vegetable), Strawberry Flavor, Raspberry Flavor, Citric Acid, Blueberry Flavor, Calcium Silicate, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Maltodextrin, Gum Acacia, Vegetable Juice
Do not use if safety seal under cap is broken or missing. This product has come in contact with soy, fish and sulfites. Do not use this if you are allergic to soy, fish or sulfites. If you are taking prescription medications or are being treated for a medical condition, you should consult your healthcare professional before taking this (or any) dietary supplement.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store at room temperature in a dry place with the lid tightly closed.

If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.
To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the container to any surface.
